However, navigating through this platform can be overwhelming for beginners. In this article, we will discuss some tips and tricks to help you navigate the Metatrader4 platform like a pro.

Customizing your workspace:

One of the first things you should do when using MT4 is to customize your workspace according to your preferences. You can arrange charts, indicators, and other tools in a way that suits your trading style. For example: F9 opens up an order window; F8 brings up the chart properties menu; Ctrl+T shows/hides the terminal window; Ctrl+D opens/closes data window.

Utilizing multiple screens:

By spreading out different windows across various screens – such as charts on one screen and news feeds/indicators on another – you’ll have more space available for analysis without cluttering everything onto one screen.

Saving templates:

Creating custom templates in MT4 allows you to save specific settings layouts so that they can be easily applied later when needed again – saving valuable time during busy trading sessions! To create a template: Right-click anywhere within an open chart  Template  Save Template.
